How to obtain Reuters central bank key rate polls in Python with Data API (Codebook)?

Good afternoon!

I would like to ask how can I download in Python Reuters central bank key rate polls (current polls). I have attached screenshot below for russian key rate. So I am interested to retrieve at least median/mean key rate forecasts for 2021-2022 using Eikon data API. I am also interested in downloading table with contributor name, forecast date and forecast value (as in the lower left corner on the screenshot).

I'm afraid this data is not currently available through Eikon APIs.
