Tool to visualize TFS work items

I have seen other people using a tool to visualize the relationships between TFS work items that correspond to the way Cobalt executes it's agile process (product stories, tech stories, tasks, etc). Where can I download it and where can I get access to the code for it? I believe it was originally written by Mike Nistler.

Not sure how up to date these instruction are but this is what I know.

Steps to install:

1. If you have previously installed either NisGraphical or NisHotfix you will need to uninstall both of them.
a. Click on Start -> Control Panel -> Programs and Features
b. When the list of programs is done building, find NisGraphical and/or NisHotfixTracker.
c. You can only select one item at a time. Choose the program you want to Uninstall (it highlights the row selected in the dialog box) and choose “Uninstall”.
d. Repeat for the other program if you have them both installed.
2. Go to \\U0068829-W7A\Users\U0068829\Desktop\NisGraphicalTfs
3. Double-click on “TfsStoryTreeSetup.msi” to install. You need to do this regardless of which of the “Nis” programs you wish to install. If you want to install them both you only need to install this portion once.
4. If you wish to install NisGraphical, double-click on “NisGraphicalTfsSetup.msi” to install.
5. If you wish to install NisHotfix, double-click on “NisHotfixtrackerSetup.msi” to install.
