What are the steps necessary for obtaining access to Jira

In [a related question][1] it was identified there is a company wide unlimited user Jira installation available for products which are part of [the Component Marketplace][2].

What are the steps to get a project added to this Jira installation?

If you host a component in [the Component Marketplace][1] and would like to use Jira for issue and enhancement tracking, send an email to componentmarket@thomsonreuters.com and let us know the name you would like for your project.
