How do you direct target a site in Cobalt?

Is there a special URL you use to target site A or B in QED/PROD, or perhaps a page in BigIP Admin that sets a cookie?

To direct target a site, there's a special domain-name prefix that you use.

For WestlawNext, the links are on the [AMS-Cobalt Links](http://nsawiki.int.westgroup.com/wiki/index.php/Direct_target_urls_(Cobalt_Platform)) page. Look at the "WestlawNext Direct Targets" section.
