Syncronization issues with Eclipse

User is having file syncronzation issues with TFS? Thoughts?

Eclipse is not synchronizing the file changes with TFS

Symptoms

1) The synchronizing progress bar shows always 10%
2) The synchronization will have intermittent issues.

Recovery:

1) Open the eclipse, go to “Window” on the menu and “Preferences” then expand “General” and select “Workspace” and select “Refresh on access” check box. This will make sure the connection stays on when synchronizing the changes.

2) Also, you can go to “Run” menu, go to “External Tools”, then “External Tools Configurations”, in this window select the Ant build that user working on and go to “Refresh” tab and then select “Refresh resources upon completion.”

Note: You have to remember checking the proxy connections in eclipse (General tab) before proceeding with these steps and it should be set to “Manual”
