What does PAC stand for?

I don't have a lot of context, except I get deploy notifications for PAC to some of the Cobalt release mailing lists.

PAC is the Publishing Authority for Cobalt. PAC is a UI that puts product-specific metadata into PMD.

I'm not sure what the acronym stands for, but PAC is a system that provides an interface for defining configuration information. One of the modules that PAC loads config data for is PMD. Dan Dodge is the architect for PAC.
