I have Searched in Wiki and looked inside tremor logs, but I can't seem to location where this endpoint is. Does anybody know which vertical this endpoint belongs to ?

It's a Website endpoint. See
\Data\Website\App\Website\Global.asax.cs line 331.
Based on the URL you can guess that it's a Website endpoint because of the capital V in the version, and the Java modules typically have the module name in the url (e.g. /Search/v3/foo)
