Error when pulling code from SearchWeb
John Benson
When I'm pulling code from SearchWeb, I get the following error:
com.microsoft.tfs.core.clients.versioncontrol.exceptions.VersionControlException: Rename
of original file: "D:\Development\SearchWeb\ant\ivy\ivy-2.2.0.jar' to
backup file 'D:\Development\SearchWeb\ant\ivy\ivy-2.2.0.jar.tpbak' failed. Make
sure the original file is not in use by other programs and retry the operation.
Any ideas?

That generally means that Eclipse has an open file handle on that jar. A tool like process explorer can help you find what application has the file handle open, and close that handle to allow the jar to be updated.

I think that's what the problem ended up being, right John? Were we able to get around this by closing Eclipse and pulling the code through Visual Studio?
