Where can I find documentation about transactional ownership?

I see an [NSA Wiki article][1], but it's pretty much blank. I'm specifically interested in an explanation of Session Transaction Ownership (STO), History Transaction Ownership (HTO), and Folder Transaction Ownership (FTO).

Unfortunately, at the moment there isn't a nice summary page describing Transactional Ownership in general, but the [NSA wiki page for Monetization Orchestration][1] may be helpful, and lead to other pages with more details.

In general "Transactional Ownership" refers to the billing model established for WestlawNext (and used in other products on the Cobalt platform), that once a customer has viewed a particular item (document, Keycite result, etc.) and paid (a transactional fee) for it, they should "own" it for a certain amount of time, and not have to pay another fee to view it again during that timeframe.

Session Transactional Ownership refers to "owning" the item (not having to pay for viewing it again) during the same session.

Historical Transactional Ownership is very similar to the "Free Trail" processing on Web2. If a user accesses an item from the "My Research History" (similar to the Web2 "Trail"), and it was originally viewed within the last day, then the user does not have to pay for it again.

Folder Transactional Ownership refers to "owning" an item that the user has placed in a folder, and being able to access it from that folder for free for 365 days.

Assembly Transactional Ownership is a variation on Folder TO that is unique to the Form Builder product, and allows customers to re-assmble forms up to 4 times within a 30 day period for free.

As might be expected from the names, all of these types of Transactional Ownership primarily apply to customers paying transactionally. For Hourly customers, Session and Historical TO doesn't really apply, and they can only take advantage of Folder TO by paying a transactional fee for the document in the folder.

The APIs for establishing, or checking if a user has, any kind of TO are owned by the UDS module (email group Co-CommonModules-Dev).
