The instructions referenced by Robbie are correct, but they require you to fill in a lot of fields when most people want an account in Alpha/Beta that is like their Prod account.

If you want to "copy down" your Production account to Alpha/Beta, enter a request using this form instead (this will also result in you having the same UUID in Alpha/Beta/Prod, which is extremely helpful):

https://theshare.thomsonreuters.com/sites/cpfg/cp/CP_implementation_group/Lists/ITPUsers/All Users Grouped By Status.aspx

That form requires only your production UUID and your email address.

Would not it make sense to keep account sets in sync between all 3 environments?
