Which group currently maintains Web2's MiddleTeir services?

Hello,
I have a few questions about some middle tier services that Web2 relies on. Some of the test services we are using are failing, and I'm trying to figure out why. It seems there might have been a slight change (intentional or not) to a contract we are using and I'm not sure who to talk to.
