If you need to connect directly to RCC, you need to discuss this with either your internal Market Data / Contributions team or your Refinitiv Account team - who will liaise with the RCC onboarding team to arrange your access credentials etc.

I noticed you have previously asked questions about using RT-SDK or Websocket API - so if you already have RCC credentials for use with RT-SDK, the same credentials should work with Websocket API
