What is the link to the Middle Tier test client?

In the past I have seen a page where you can view all the SOAP services exposed, but I don't remember what the link is. Does anyone know what the link is for various environments? Is there documentation about what the various SOAP calls do?

[This][1] page on the NSA wiki contains links to get to the "Test Client" that you are referring to in each environment. There is both an old version and a new version. I would advise you to use the new version.
