Issue Registering LSEG COM Library for Workspace

Hello,
After migrating from Eikon to Workspace, we encountered an issue with one of the COM Add-ins, RHistoryAPI.dll
, which is now deprecated in Workspace. We were advised to switch to the LSEG COM Library for Workspace, which appears to be the appropriate replacement.
However, we are currently unable to register the LSEG COM library, and we're not sure why. Could you please assist us in resolving this issue? It is quite urgent for us.
Here are the steps we followed:
- We installed the LSEG COM library using the installer from this link:
COM Installer - We tested the Historical Pricing example provided here:
Historical Pricing Example - Upon opening the example file, we encountered the following error:
"The required LSEG COM library is not registered."
Our environment is using Excel 2010 (32-bit).
Thank you in advance for your assistance

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Did you see the LSEG COM Library for Workspace on the Tools → References page?
I checked and found that support for Office 2010 ended in October 2020.

It should work. I am not sure if it relates to Excel 2010.
You may run the following PowerShell script to list all LSEG COM objects.Get-ChildItem -Path 'REGISTRY::HKey_Classes_Root\clsid\*\progid' |
ForEach-Object {
if ($_.Name -match '\\ProgID$') {
$_.GetValue('')
}
} | Where-Object { $_ -like "LSEG*"}You may run the following PowerShell script line by line to use the LSEG COM Library.
$Session = New-Object -ComObject LSEG.ComLibrary.WorkspaceSession
$Session.OpenSession()
$Historical = New-Object -ComObject LSEG.ComLibrary.HistoricalPricing
$Response = $Historical.Interval(0).Count(10).GetData("JPY=")
$Response.DataPlease make sure that you have started the LSEG Workspace.

I don't have Excel 2010 to test it but the library works fine on my Excel.
