Setting up proxy for thomson reuters knowledge direct API

Hi,

I'm trying to access thomson reuters knowledge direct API from production machine.

In production machine we don't have access to internet. To access that we need to enter proxy details.

We have setup the proxy details using default properties as System.setProperty() in java. But, It didn't help.

Please help me in resolving this issues.

Have you been able to connect via proxy, has the issue been resolved off-line?

Hi zoya.farberov, no I did not, I'm not familiar with the TRKD API. The point of my comment was to draw attention to the fact that Thiruppathi had tried an accepted answer to a different query, and that it did not work.
