Have you checked your configuration parameters e.g. Host value, user name etc with your Market Data team?
If you are using EMAConfig.xml please include the Channel config here.
Or if you are setting the host value in your code - please check it is correct.
Thanks Umer. After changing the port number provided by my Data team, the connection was successful.
