Venue Pause & Resume Controls

Hello, we're the subscriber of the Elektron platform using RFA API. We'd like to know if we can receive pause and resume events etc. for venues in Europe? or there are other means to do so? I don't see there are ways for those symbol events but I'd like to confirm, and to know if any plans. Thanks!

Hi @jzhao,

This forum is not the best place to ask content questions. You would be better off directing this question to Thomson Reuters Helpdesk. You can find the phone number for Thomson Reuters Helpdesk in your country here:

https://my.thomsonreuters.com/ContactUsNew?Panel=CallUs

You can also use the same link to submit your question to the Helpdesk through the Web.

As far as I know trading status for an exchange traded instrument is available in FID 6614. If you're looking for a list of instruments for which trading is suspended, Thomson Reuters Eikon has an app that provides it. If you have Eikon type in "HATLS" into Search/Command Bar. I'm not sure if it's possible to produce this list using only Elektron datafeed. If you raise this question to Thomson Reuters Helpdesk you should get a definitive answer from a content specialist.

Thank you Alex. TRD_STATUS is what we're looking for. However, we don't seem to have it when subscribing to XBO symbols. For example, the update msg for VOD.L will have TRD_STATUS, while VODGBP.xbo doesn't seem to. Also, Auction Indicative Prices (FID IND_AUC, IND_AUCVOL) don't seem to be available in XBO feeds. We're subscribing to ELEKTRON for feeds. We don't use Thomson's Eikon. Thank you for the information and we'll figure out how we should proceed.
