Is there any way to get the data for only selected fid values with Elektron APi EMA java snapshot class as currently we see it gives the entire list of data for a particular service name and RIC feed value

I think you need a View feature. It lets you specific interested FIDs with the request message. I checked EMA Java package and it has example 360 that shows how to use it.

This view feature requires the 'view license' on the ADS side.
