Refer to Open PermID FAQ page in the question "What kinds of entities are supported?", its coverage doesn't include fund.
Moreover, when I used other tools, such DataScope Select or AppStudio - Web SDK, LP68378811 can't be mapped to other instrument types, except LipperID. The following is the output from the Symbology Plugin in AppStudio - Web SDK.
{ "LipperIDs": [ "68378811" ], "RICs": [ "LP68378811" ], "bestMatch": { "RIC": "LP68378811", "lipperID": "68378811" }, "symbol": "LP68378811" }
I think that this is why you are unable to search this RIC from PermID.org.
Thanks. That means I was trying to search a non-equity quote/RIC.
I don't quite get your point when you mention about DataScope Select and App Studio.
This RIC LP68378811 do have a permID of 21591485256. I get it by typing "LP68378811 META" in Eikon.
