DSS SOAP API TransportException Error

  • 2. When the application/code access the links, the link is resolved to the ip addresss 192.165.219.152 with the port 443 and it is blocked at our end.
  • 3. The issue occurred after the automatic configuration script (.pac) in the LAN Settings due to policy changes.

  • And the error received is
  • Error Type: TransportException
  • Message: An error occurred while sending the request.
  • Exception Type : ThomsonReuters.Dss.Api.TransportException
  • We request your support in the configuration to force the application traffic to pass through the proxy.

From the error message, it seems that you are using DSS REST API .NET SDK. Please see the method to configure proxy in this question.
