Loading web page in Eikon

We regularly look at an Eikon page which is updated at 1:30 AM. It appears to be a web page (http://amers2.apps.cp.thomsonreuters.com/cms/?navid=94214) that is embedded in the application.

I can create a c# app to log in/download the web page, but it runs outside of Eikon.

Is there a way with the Eikon app/COM API to pull such a web page in the same way we consume RIC updates?
