Eikon API Proxy doesn't work

No problem at the installation stage. But after launching the app and logging in, the 'Running' page always doesn't show up. Even it does, no button in the window and task bar menu ever works, including 'Shut down'. And I have to open task manager to end it. This happened on both of my computer that running on Win 10. The proxy version that I was using is 1.0.85.
