Is there a master list that specifies the time in GMT when a VBD standard data file becomes available for day. Or one should keep polling the API to check if data file is available for download.

@mohit.bansal, yes there is, please refer to the data coverage guide, there is a tab in that Excel with the VBD release times.

Thanks. I did check that but couldn't make sense of ETA time zone.

Can you please provide the time zone one should link the ETA to.
