I can see in documentation that max 100 Unused types older than seven days are deleted. It also talks about unused Schedules. How a Schedule can be unused?

A specific date schedule that only occurs once, becomes unused after that. Consequently, unless it's modified, it will not be of any use, and after seven days, it will be a candidate for deletion.
