The best way to raise content issues such as this one with missing data points is to reproduce the issue in Eikon Excel and report this with the spreadsheet example to Thomson Reuters Helpdesk. You can raise a service case with TR Helpdesk by calling the Helpdesk phone number in your country or by using Contact Us capability in Eikon. The Helpdesk will escalate the case to the appropriate content specialist for investigation.
