I am having trouble retrieving Bond swap Spread data using =RtGet() in Excel.

I am now showing zeros when previously the RtGet() function was working fine. The function used is:

=RtGet("IDN","FR0011798115=R","CALL PRICE")

Any ideas on what might have changed in EIKON?

Thanks for your help.
