Duplicate of this query, but with more detail.

Hello @Christiaan Meihsl,

Do you mean this is a duplicate that should be removed?

Thanks

Hi @zoya.farberov,

I would have removed the other one (because it has less details), but as it was posted by a customer I did not remove it, we do not want to discourage customers from posting queries. This one was posted by a TR person, it would be less of an issue to remove it, but it has more useful details that make it easier to understand, so I decided to leave it as well.

So in this case I just mentioned the duplication to avoid people wasting time answering the same query twice :-)

PS: sorry for the late answer, I was away for 2 weeks.

Hi @Christiaan Meihsl,

I totally understand!

Will you be able to provide the link to the other question as the answer?

Thanks much,

-Zoya
