As mentioned by @ggoli, there was a service disruption issue on the last Tuesday-Wednesday.
Subject: Thomson Reuters Tick History version 2.0 - Custom Extractions - Disrupted Problem Description: Thomson Reuters Tick History version 2.0 Custom Extractions are disrupted. This is due to an issue at Thomson Reuters and affects customers globally. The major incident management process has been invoked at Thomson Reuters to aid service restoration. Affected Report Templates: Tick History Time and Sales, Tick History Market Depth, Tick History Intraday Summaries and Tick History Raw

As we received a 202, we wait 30 seconds, then poll again (until we receive a 200) HTTP status of the response: 202
Receiving above output for the past one hour for just downloading 5 days Minute data.
@suresh This has been happening to me everyday but sometimes it luckily works and other times not. I posted a similar question here just a few hours ago - https://community.developers.refinitiv.com/questions/20736/intraday-summaries-extraction-request-fails-with-5.html. Hopefully, we'll get a fix for it soon.
