Trying to call the Taxcalculation API from Tibco Getting Authentication Error.

Hi, I am not able to retrieve /SARON.S RIC code value via RFA API library. The error message is "TIBCO exception.Unable to unpack data with TibMsg". It seems that Refinitiv (Thomson Reuters) infrastructure is TREP-RT (ADS) & RFA API only. Could you advice me for the solution ?
