Hello @chenchong,

My understanding is you would like to get all chain constituent RICs during the time period since Tick History content is available, and to the present date.

Tick History coverage is described in Tick History User Guide as

"Providing extensive coverage of complete, timely and global microsecond tick data, this service offers access to global intraday time and sales, quotes and market depth content dating back to January 1996".

I.e. presently in Nov 2017, I would go:

"Range": {
      "Start": "1995-01-01T00:00:00.000Z",
      "End": "2018-01-01T00:00:00.000Z"
    }

1995-01-01 < 1996-01-01 < 2017-11-16 < 2018-01-01

Is this what you intended?
