I get the following messages in my extraction request notes. What does these messages mean?

The RIC: CNY3YNDF= is restricted [PE 122] as it is an internal RIC. The external users will not be allowed to retrieve data for this instrument through TRTH v2.
The PE code: 122 was restricted in TRTH v1 as well, the RICs under this PE code are classified as internal instruments and these are not accessible for external users. The PE list from v1 serves as a base for restricted instruments in v2.
I got the same result as yours. It could be a permission issue.
