I got the alert notification that the DSS service was disrupted.

Problem Description:
DataScope Select Instrument Validation and Chain RIC expansion functionality is intermittently disrupted since 07:11 GMT. Earlier the service was disrupted between the following timings: 03:21 to 03:51 GMT; 04:17 to 04:39 GMT and 05:32 to 06:39 GMT.

This has resulted in delays to scheduled extractions during the period, GUI search disruptions and API calls may have been delayed or failed where API calls did not attempt a retry operation.

This is due to an issue at Thomson Reuters and impacts customers globally.

The major incident management process has been invoked at Thomson Reuters to aid service restoration.

Status at 07:25 GMT: Thomson Reuters continues to work to resolve the issue. An estimated resolution time is unavailable. The next update is at 08:45 GMT.
