Security not found, but RIC is returned

In our solution, we start from ISIN codes, and recover the correct RIC in order to achieve more detailed subsequent requests. We have some case not working when we perform subsequent calls to term of services. Let's have an example: starting from ISIN FR0012199008 on market TWE we recover the following RIC: FR001219900=TE. When we ask for term of services about this RIC, we receive an empty result, and the same happens if we ask the same from the console:
