Hello @Tuan.Pham

The client can see CF_BID and other CF_* fields(Consolidated fields) via Eikon because Eikon generates CF_* fields by itself while it receives other fields e.g. BID, ASK from the feed. RFA passes data as it receives from the feed which does not generates CF_* fields. That’s why the client cannot see value of CF_* fields e.g. CF_BID by using RFA application(StarterConsumer).

To retrieve the CF_* fields, the client needs to implement the application to calculate the fields by itself using same logic as Eikon. If the client requires further information on this logic, he should contact Eikon support team by submitting the query via https://my.thomsonreuters.com/ . After the client logs in, click "RAISE A CASE" then "Product Support". Then, select a subject e.g. “I need help understanding content within the product”. At “Select product”, select “Thomson Reuters Eikon” then ask how Eikon calculates CF_BID field. If the client faces any difficulties accessing the web site, please contact RDC Administrator(rdc.administrator@thomsonreuters.com)

The similar question is "CF_" fields in RFA
