Not able to log in to Eikon API proxy

Am new to this application, when i launch the Eikon API proxy and try to log in with user name as my email id the application just showing the message "loading login page" and exiting without any error message. Kindly, please help.

Are you using Windows or Mac? If you're using Windows there's no need to run API Proxy application, since Eikon application acts as API Proxy.
Are you able to logon to Eikon using your Eikon account credentials?

Thanks for your response Alex. I am using Windows and I haven't tried Eikon application yet. Can you please provide me link from where I can download the Eikon application. And by "Eikon account credential" you mean the credential am using to log in TR developers community / it's something I need to create different? Kindly, please advise. @Alex Putkov.

You can download Eikon application from http://eikon.tr.com, but in order to use Eikon or any Eikon APIs you need to be an Eikon subscriber and have Eikon account credentials. The login for TR Developer portal allows you to browse the documentation and code samples for TR APIs, but it doesn't allow you to use any Thomson Reuters products or services. If you'd like to purchase a subscription for Eikon or start a free trial, please contact TR Sales department by visiting https://financial.thomsonreuters.com/en/contact-sales.html

I suppose the easiest thing you can do is call the sales team on +91-22-6180-7000-03. This phone number is listed on
https://financial.thomsonreuters.com/en/contact-sales.html#tab-2

Another number you can call from India is 000-800-440-1976.
You could also try submitting the form using another browser, but I think calling one of the above numbers would probably be the best.
