HSBC - The certificate issued by CN=DigiCert Global Root CA, OU=www.digicert.com, O=DigiCert Inc, C=US is not trusted;

Hi, we have problems today with the screening services.

In Dev and Production environments we have this error

<faultstring>Error with HTTP Message: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: com.ibm.jsse2.util.n: PKIX path building failed: java.security.cert.CertPathBuilderException: PKIXCertPathBuilderImpl could not build a valid CertPath.; internal cause is:

java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: The certificate issued by CN=DigiCert Global Root CA, OU=www.digicert.com, O=DigiCert Inc, C=US is not trusted; internal cause is:

java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Certificate chaining error on Server arp716vlc3ap</faultstring>

<detail encodingStyle="">

Do you change the certificate or url in the services?

This produces several error here in our systems, we doesn’t change anything about the configuration.

Please we need help to see what is the problem to find a solution fast.

Thanks.
