Duplicated when-issued

By REST API of DSS, I've got ric change history of CHUBA.OQ and CHUBK.OQ.

Both have somewhat strange histories, which is very short.

For CHUBA.OQ, if you see the 3rd part of History section, CHIAV.OQ had been lasted only for 3 min 45 sec(2016/07/25T01:24:08.000Z - 2016-07-25T01:27:53.000Z)

Similarly for CHUBK.OQ, CHIKV.OQ lasted for 3min 27sec(2016/07/25T01:28:20.000Z - 2016/07/25T01:31:47.000Z)

Why this kind of duplication is happend?

The RIC <CHIKV.OQ> was added to our database on 22nd Jul 2016 as per the notification received from the NASDAQ. However our content team has decide to change the RIC root of the instrument to have similar RIC roots for both Series A and Series C shares. Hence the new RIC roots <CHUBA> and <CHUBK> were added and replaced CHIKV which was immediately removed from the database.
