It looks like Elektron now officially supports VS2017 (according to Elektron-SDK1.2.0.win.rrg\Cpp-C\Ema\Libs\WIN_64_VS150 folder) but VS2017 is missing from this page https://developers.thomsonreuters.com/elektron/elektron-sdk-cc/learning?content=6148&type=learning_material_item please consider adding instructions there.
