ek.get_timeseries err for [ .SPX, .IRTS] ,volume is NAN?

when i use ek.get_timeseries api for the following code

ek.get_timeseries(['.SPX'] , fields=["OPEN","HIGH","LOW","CLOSE","VOLUME"]).round(2)

but

Anyone who can tell me what happened to 'SPX' and 'IRTS'?

@wyj this is not an api specific issue, but rather related to content. I suggest you contact your local Thomson Reuters help desk.

thanks a lot , i get the reply that Thomson Reuters source has no such data for the 2 market
