World Check One API resolution Toolkit

Hi,

  1. Is there any documentation for the Resolution tool kit API?
  2. In the World Check One API postman collection there are two resolution API available,
    1. Using group id
    2. Using group id and provider type

Will the risk id, status id and reason id will be varied based on the above criteria?

  3. What are the provider types available?
  4. Will there be multiple parent groups for a single API Key and API Secret Key? If there is, will the risk id, status id and reason id be different?
  5. Will the risk id, status id and reason id be different for every child groups within a single parent group?
  6. Is there any other scenarios when there will change in the risk id, status id and reason id?

Please advice us addressing the above points.

@ayerajothi

Hi,

Please find the answers to your queries below,

  • Yes, we have API schema reference for the resolution toolkit API. This is available in the API documentation. The file name is “wc1-api-schema-reference-documentation.html”.

Please find the attached screenshot of the location where you can view the topic.

  • Yes, there are two resolution toolkit API. Please find them below. The risk Id, status Id and the reason Id would be different for different provider types of the same group ID, but the resolution toolkit for the groups for an account remains the same (apologies for the wrong information earlier).

    a. Using group Id- SEQ-1f: Get the resolution toolkit for a group
    b. Using group id and provider type: SEQ-1g: Get all resolution toolkits for a group
  • The provider types available are: “WATCHLIST” and “CLIENT_WATCHLIST”. The “CLIENT_WATCHLIST” will only be available for the client who have opted for watchlist functionality in their WC1 product subscription.
  • No, there cannot be multiple parent group for the API secret and API key.
  • Yes, the risk id, status id and reason id will change for every child groups within a single parent group.
  • The status Id and the risk IDs do not change but new reason IDs can be added by the client admin from the WC UI. So, the resolution toolkit can change according to the rules set in the “Resolution Toolkit” setting of the WC1 UI. Please find the screen capture of the “Resolution Toolkit” attached.resolution1.pngresolution2.png

Hope this answers your queries.
