Websocket auth then silence

Suddenly I cannot connect to amer-3.pricing.streaming.edp.thomsonreuters.com:443/WebSocket ...This is a TR AMI and stock code that comes as an example.

I found that connecting an EC2 AWS server in the us-east-1b region worked. Besides the region requirement, is there any other IP address or region requirement for connecting?

Hi @bgonzales, I tried and am able to successfully connect to wss://amer-3.pricing.streaming.edp.thomsonreuters.com:443/WebSocket.

Can you please try again with a stock sample.

A stock boot of AWS TR AMI worked. I think the python script supresses errors - so I suspect a bug in my python code. Thank you
