We are getting "Realtime engine initialization error" in the Excel cells which have formulas related to Eikon. This error comes after we login to eikon. The excel file works fine in some other PCs thus proving the point that there is no issue with the excel file itself. Could you please let me know if this is something to do with reuters eikon set-up?
This is a machine specific issue, which requires troubleshooting on the machine where the issue is reproduced. As such this problem cannot be dealt with on a forum. As @Zhenya Kovalyov suggested, please contact either Market Data department within your organization (who in turn will bring in resources from Thomson Reuters if necessary) or Thomson Reuters Helpdesk, which you can reach by either calling the Helpdesk number in your country or by using Contact Us capability in your Eikon application.
