Can I get more historical news data for academic research purpose?

I'm working on an academic research project at school. I found I could only get 15-month historical news data. Can I get more historical news data for the academic research purpose only?

It is a known limit for News service used by Eikon Data APIs, as mentioned in this question.

For more historical news data, you can refer to an answer on this thread.

News service can deliver only the last 15 months news.
