Can the Case Type be changed

Hi,

Is it possible to change the Type of a case once it's been created. For example we have a case that was created as 'ORGANISATION', but this now needs to change to 'INDIVIDUAL'. It appears that if I try to update the case only the Name, etc gets updated. The case type stays as is.

@MD,

There is no way to update the entityType in the World-Check. You would have to delete the case and create a new one with the correct entityType.

I'm afraid, it is not possible to change the entityType using the API call - "SEQ-case-update: Update a case".

Is there any other way for the type to be changed? Like via the WC1 portal directly perhaps?
Or what would we have to do in cases like these? Delete the case and create a new one with the correct type?
