We are trying to map Long Only Data in our tool, which is received via this FTP lipperftp.thomsonreuters.com
Is there a way I can check any forthcoming changes in the file and folder structure to ensure our tool adapts to these changes?
Also, do you have any suggestions for developers working on this data integration? Thank you very much in advance
@Alex Putkov. I've sent a question to Developer Advocates regarding "A question about Thomson Reuters/Refinitiv account on the Developer Forum" regarding Michael Pearce account.
In the meantime, should we tell the customer to send further information to 6025076 for investigation as this is Michael Pearce's account?

Lipper products have not been onboarded on the Dev Portal. User's question does not belong on this forum to begin with. Michael Pearce's team does not deal directly with clients and we shouldn't direct customers to it. In his response Michael provided the user with an alternative support channel. At this point I consider the user's question on the forum answered as best as it can be answered here. We should follow the normal procedure and post our standard comment asking the user to accept the answer. I just did it.

LipperFTP is shared by numerous internal and external incoming and outgoing data feeds. The answer to the question depends on what data feed you are receiving, rather than the server where you pick up the files. We can help you identify the data feed if you can provide the username used for the connection and the folder from which the files are retrieved. Account mapping for LipperFTP is handled by APP-ADMIN-LIPPER-FTP (LipperFTPAdmin@thomson.com). Once we know which data feed you consume, we can connect you to the corresponding content developer to address your questions.
