OmmServerBaseImpl::uninitialize() causes occasionally deadlock: locks user mutex, then waits for dispatch thread to terminate, which never does, because it is blocked in waiting to obtain the lock on user mutex ...

As with this question, suspected bugs within the SDK should be reported within the Elektron SDK issue page.
