Does Account field flows to broker in fix message?.if yes, will it attached to fix message which i received as drop copy after order executed by broker?. I want to differentiate the orders by managers( we have more than one manager generate order for them) when it goes to broker.

Yes, the Account field flows to brokers in the FIX message. It's usually in tag 1, but could vary.
The execution drop copy also contains the account value.
