World Check One Profile Export Report - Missing data

Hi,

We are currently using the World Check One API to generate a report similar to the pdf report generated by World Check One online when you export a profile. However we noticed that there's some missing data in the profile. Specifically we noticed the following issues:

  • In the Case and Comparison Data section we noticed that there are certain fields like Nationality, Country Location and Place of Birth that does not show all the data in those fields. Is there a particular reason why this is the case? If so, is there a particular criteria that World Check One follows in order to decide which data to show there?
  • In the Sources and Keywords sections what are the types of data that are included in those sections? Because currently we are only able to get "Information/External Sources" data in the Sources section and the "World-Check Keyword(s)" data in the Keywords section.
  • In the Biography section we noticed that there is the "Sub-Category" included at the end of the Biography and it's a bit misleading since in the World Check One online report "Sub-Category" is is included in the Key Data, is that correct or will it be changed in the future? And can you tell us what is the order of how the Biography data is sorted.

We also noticed that the following fields were missing:

  • Age
  • Age as Date
  • Images
  • Files
  • Previous Location
  • Contacts Details
  • Roles
  • Previous Roles

Can you kindly give us an example of where these fields are include?

@forex,

When using the API, for obtaining the Nationality you will have to look into the "countryLinks" attribute, which will provide you the information on the entity's location and the "type" would be NATIONALTIY. For country location, the "type" would be "LOCATION" for the API call -

'SEQ-case-investigate-world-check-profile: Get a World-Check profile'

For the biography field, there is no date field. I have raised an enhancement request for the same.

For the country location information in the PDF generated via UI, we are yet to receive an update.

i. Can you please confirm if you are referring to the data displayed under 'Client/Submitted Data' or 'World-Check Data' under the Case and Comparison Data section ? As the 'Client/Submitted Data' will display the information which have been provided from your end. If you are entering the secondary identifiers information while screening / saving the case, they will be displayed accordingly. There will be an x if nothing is entered.


ii. Sources: contains the information of the weblinks which are related to the entity.
Keywords: World-Checks content is derived from 100,000's of different sources. You can view the list of different sources along with the explaination and the type of source from the below link.

Can you please share the details of the profile for which the PDF does not show information in the World-Check data section under the Case and Comparison Data to take a look into it?

iii. We will raise the concern with the product team for the sub-category to be included under the Key Data for the future updates.

The Biography data is sorted in chronological order, i.e. In order of time from the earliest to the latest.

For the mentioned fields, if the information is available it will be displayed else empty array is returned using the API. Also, not all the information is available for all the profiles.

For example -
Age / Age as date : e_tr_wci_1760169
Role : e_tr_wci_4440023

Will update the thread once I find more information.

Thank you for the PDF. I can see that the World-Check Data field contains the information of the entity.

Can you please highlight the specific area which does not show all the data?

Yes there is data in the World Check Data section, however it is not complete, the profile in question has more than one Nationality and Country Location. On which bases did World Check decide only to show one Nationality and one Country Location?

With regards to the Biography in the API there isn't a date field attached to the biography, how does world check get the date of the biographyplease?

As of now there is no date field in the Biograpghy attribute and the information is available in text.
