ATS Open Webservices XMLConsoleApp connection issues

Hi,

I'm using XMLConsoleApp.jar on server A (my config server) to create records on server B (my TREP server).

The details for server B is defined in ServerConfig.xml.

I can successfully ping server B from server A, and I can successfully log in to ATS GUI with username and password as defined in ServerConfig.xml.

But I have login issues when running XMLConsoleApp.jar on server A towards server B, below error message is thrown:

--> Login Failed <--

--->Cannot connect to server. Data dictionary is locked.

I hope I'm at the right forum, any help appreciated.

Hello @johan.lundquist

The ATS WebService is a part of ATS server. I recommend you raise the ATS support ticket via My.Refinitiv Support - so the ATS support team can verify this ATS server issue.
