tick history has no data on 2016-07-14

I create some jobs for "Tick History Time and Salses" template report with one instrument list(about 10000 rics). All the jobs are identical but query range and complete succesful It is unusual that only one job with query range from 2016-07-14 00:00:00 to 2016-07-14 23:59:59 on local exchange time zone(+8 to +11 varioius) return "empty" file I mean there are no records after 2016-07-14 00:00:00(GMT) for almost all the rics I am petty sure it is a trading day and all other jobs return files normally So, what makes 2016-07-14 different? How can I get the right data? Here are som rics in my instrument list: 0700.HK AMC.AX 8306.T 013000.KS

Hi @rtpublic,

I have got the same result. It seems like data issue regarding this service alert.

Problem Description:
Some Thomson Reuters Tick History (TRTH) customers globally experienced data delays and gaps in their data requests. Market data between 23:55 GMT on 13-Jul-16 and 08:00 GMT on 14-Jul-16 is permanently unavailable due to an issue at Thomson Reuters.

For detailed information, please contact a content expert via Refinitiv Helpdesk.
